Information Eligible for Deletion

• Your WhatsApp number
• Chat history
• Generated ticket records
• Any personally identifiable stored data

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Email

Send an email to: [email protected] with subject: "Delete My Data"

Option 2: WhatsApp Command

Message the keyword: DELETE MY DATA to our chatbot.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
