By using LeadSync's WhatsApp chatbot service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
LeadSync automates communication between customers and Chartered Accountants. Automated responses may not always be accurate. LeadSync does not provide legal or tax consulting - responsibility remains with the CA firm.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the system for illegal or fraudulent activity
- Send abusive, harmful or spam messages
- Disrupt service functionality
3. No Guarantees
Automated responses may contain errors. Ticket resolution depends on the CA team's availability.
4. Limitation of Liability
LeadSync is not liable for financial decisions, delayed responses, or any dependence on automated results.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
